    Sensors directly on the assets — clamp-on CT on the motor, flow meter inline on the pipe, vibration sensor on the bearing housing. Measuring continuously.

    Connect

    An industrial gateway collects the signals, processes them locally, sends data to the cloud over your facility’s internet or cellular if needed.

  3. 03

    Visualize

    A custom Ubidots interface showing live readings, trend lines, min/max, comparison between shifts. Alerts by SMS or email the moment something goes out of range.

  4. 04

    Act

    The dashboard creates conversations. A tech sees vibration trending on Pump 7 — schedules service before it fails.

We’re integrators, not manufacturers.

We’re integrators, not manufacturers. That’s one of our biggest advantages. No single hardware provider makes the best sensor for every application.

So we choose per application: flow meters, current transformers, temperature probes including NIST-certified, pressure transducers, vibration sensors, radar level monitors, pH sensors, gas and ammonia detectors, 4-20 mA transmitters and pulse-output meters. Then we connect what you already own — Neptune, Endress+Hauser, IFM — instead of replacing it.
